Site inductions

If you intend to undertake work at any Pilbara Ports site, information needed to request authorised access is available at the Pilbara Ports induction portal.

Unescorted access

Once your online induction has been completed, you have 30 days to visit the Pilbara Ports MSIC Office in person to:

• Submit your completed access application form
• Show evidence of a valid MSIC*, if required
• Provide a clear drug and alcohol screen, no older than 30 days
• Have your photo taken
• Provide government issue photo identification i.e. Driver's Licence, Passport, High Risk Licence etc.

Those failing to complete this process within 30 days will need to re-sit the site induction and submit a new access application form.

Your site access card is valid for two years from date of completion.
