Our Diversity and Inclusion Strategy has six focus areas and the twin goals of workforce diversification and workforce inclusion:

We pledge to take action to address structural barriers and preferences. To do this we have aligned with the WA Public Sector Commission (PSC) Workforce Diversification Targets and set clear timeframes on when we intend to achieve those targets, and intend to be transparent about our progress.
